If the menu still does not appear, clear WordPress cache and check PHP error logs.<\/p>\n<h2>Tasks do not appear in the calendar<\/h2>\n<p>Common reasons include missing task date, status filters, browser cache or JavaScript errors. Check task dates, status configuration and browser console errors.<\/p>\n<h2>Calendar status colors are wrong<\/h2>\n<p>Check status color settings and clear cache. If the plugin was recently updated, make sure the browser is loading the latest JavaScript files.<\/p>\n<h2>The customer receives two emails<\/h2>\n<p>WooCommerce and PQM may both be sending notifications, or two PQM triggers may react to the same event. Check WooCommerce emails, PQM new-task trigger, status-change trigger and the email queue.<\/p>\n<h2>The customer panel shows too much data<\/h2>\n<p>Review visibility settings and the panel template. Customer-facing views should not show internal costs, margins, private staff notes or production know-how.<\/p>\n<h2>The customer panel shows nothing<\/h2>\n<p>Check whether the correct shortcode is used. For PQM Free, this documentation uses:<\/p>\n<pre><code>[procuma]<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>For PQM Pro, confirm the exact shortcode in your Pro settings. Also check whether the page is published and whether the test task has the required customer identification data.<\/p>\n<h2>Reports show incorrect data<\/h2>\n<p>Reports depend on task data. Check date range, statuses, cancelled tasks, completed tasks, costs and revenue fields. Margin reports require both revenue and cost data.<\/p>\n<h2>Loss tasks are missing<\/h2>\n<p>Check margin thresholds and whether tasks have valid cost and revenue data. A task without cost data may not be classified correctly.<\/p>\n<h2>PQM Pro update does not show an icon<\/h2>\n<p>The custom updater must provide the <code>icons<\/code> field in update data. If it does not, WordPress may display a gray placeholder square. After fixing the updater, clear the <code>update_plugins<\/code> transient.<\/p>\n<h2>A module does not show updates<\/h2>\n<p>Check whether the module is installed as a separate plugin, whether the license includes the module, and whether the update server returns a version newer than the installed version.<\/p>\n<h2>A module does not start<\/h2>\n<p>The module may require the main PQM plugin or a specific PQM Pro version. Check module requirements, PHP version and error logs.<\/p>\n<h2>Email delivery does not work<\/h2>\n<p>Check WordPress mail configuration, SMTP plugin settings, SMTP logs and spam folder.
