Recommended implementation path
- Install PQM Free or PQM Pro in WordPress.
- Configure your production statuses, such as New, In Progress, Waiting for Approval, Completed, Cancelled and Complaint.
- Add departments that match your real production process.
- Create one test task and move it through the full workflow.
- Create a customer panel page and test it as a non-admin user.
- Configure email notifications and test them with a test customer.
- Review reports, KPI, margins and costs.
- In PQM Pro, install and activate additional modules as needed.
